This boot camp covers the same ground as our 8-session workshops but, in a compact 1 day format. There are fewer breakout sessions. It caters to those who are pressed for time, but wish to acquire a mindset for breakthrough thinking for job search.

The premise of the boot camp is that job seekers need to "awaken" to changed realities in the marketplace. It will not serve you to simply dust off a ten year old resume, and hope that brings you success in job search. You need to show up with self-confidence and clarity over goals, which comes from being deeply engaged with the job search process.

Job Seekers need to, simulataneously, do at least three tasks more effectively:

1. Get their job search documents in order, reflecting contemporary standards.

2. Also focus on networking, goal and time management, their long term career goals, keep their most valued skills current, and find ways of holding themselves "accountable".

3. Stay positive and inspired.

Our focus is to help job seekers jump start their job search with updated documents. But what use is showing up with new documents while the old personality that cannot plan effectively, manage time, or take decisive decisions is holding those documents?

We want our boot camp participants to show up with supreme confidence, sure of their purpose, goals, integrity, and ability to connect after attending the session.

 This is not a bootcamp about job search alone, but about job success.
