We don't force a minimum period of engagement with the ELECTRONIC COACH on Job Success. Research shows that to acquire a new mindset or habits, it takes practice and time. It takes time to absorb the volume of new knowledge; some of which has to be presented multiple times, in different formats before it "sinks in". The "conventional wisdom", supported by our experience, is that consistent exposure over a 90-day period leads to higher adoption rates of new behavior.
