Dr. Hamlin, an executive coach for more
than 21 years, works with professional
executives and organizational teams in all
facets of performance management. Her
experience includes work with CEOs, senior
executives and professionals in more than
30 countries.
Dr. Hamlin serves as Board Chair for
Hamlin Harkins, Ltd., an international
consultancy she founded in 1982 to serve
clients in the areas of strategy, change
management, marketing, and human and
organizational development. Examples of
her work include: facilitating strategic
planning sessions for senior executive
teams in companies spanning two dozen
industries, coaching senior executives in
areas of thought leadership and personal
leadership, developing marketing and
global branding, designing and delivering
major international change management, and
global integration plans for corporate
mergers.
In the past, Dr. Hamlin served as Senior
Vice President of siteROCK Corporation,
SVP of CitiGroup’s Associates First
Capital Corporation, VP of Texaco
Corporation, and internal business
performance consultant at General Electric
Corporation.
